PPAP
The pre-production part approval process (PPAP) is a new requirement being used by many industrial customers, in which their suppliers must provide a series of analyses of various aspects of a production manufacturing process. The PPAP process requires that a supplier be able to demonstrate that they can meet certain predefined quality targets, and it establishes confidence in the supplier's management systems.
Ten Square can do PPAP analysis according to customer requirements. We work closely with our customers and our factories to insure that our commitment of good quality products is being upheld.

3D Modeling & Finite Element Analysis
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) consists of a computer model of a product which is broken down into smaller or 'finite' parts, and then stressed and analyzed for specific results. It is used both in new product designs, as well as existing product refinement. Ten Square will be able to verify whether a proposed design will be able to perform to the client's specifications or not prior to manufacturing. Modifying an existing product is utilized to qualify the product for a new service condition. In case of structural failure, FEA may be used to help determine the design modifications to meet the new condition and make the product better.

Benefits of Conducting Finite Element Analysis:
- Ensure product safety
- Decrease defect rates and product warranty costs
- Reduce material costs from over-engineering products
Ten Square CAD specialists can help you with their experience of building simple to complex 3D models and drafts for all types of drafting requirements including architectural drafting requirements across the globe. These models are as detailed as per the customer's template and made ready for production/manufacture. To ensure that our models are error free, all models and drawings are checked for any errors and made to pass through a complex layer of checks and measures.
